At the same time, the lawn should also be soft and prevent injuries.   • Perfect conditions on sandy grounds in the Pannonian climate

    We produce on light, sandy and porous growing soil which is corresponding to the DIN-Norm for Stadiums (DIN 18035 T 4 resp. Ö-Norm 2606-1). This guarantees ideal growth without interference. In addition, the growing process is supported by the Pannonian climate in Hungary, which is perfectly suited for the production of turfgrass due to its very hot summer months and often cold winters.

    The turf is frequently under stress and therefore generates a strong root system. As a consequence, Pannon Turfgrass® is especially resilient, tearproof and capable of regenerating quickly. This does not only guarantee a long durability of the grass, but also makes it easier to install. 

  • 100% Poa pratensis

    Your customers only deserve the best grass type on their sports fields. Thus, most of our sports turfgrass consists of 100% Kentucky Bluegrass (Poa pratensis) in 3 different varieties. We only use specialized, clean seeds that were breeded in the USA. 

    The strong formation of rhizoms of our Poa pratensis plants make the turfgrass extremely resilient and capable of regeneration. Furthermore, it provides the perfect foundation for the subsequent over-seedings with Lolium perenne.
